Hakuna Matata.
This is one valuable lesson that Walt Disney, or whoever directed, wrote and produced the Lion King. It's true you know. Hakuna Matata. Some things you just have to let go of, you just have to sigh and think, 'no worries'. Everything will get better because I mean, sometimes, how can it get any worse?
I mean, yeah, we're not talking about the deepest, darkest problems here are we? Because Hakuna Matata can't exactly help there. If you're having a big problem then not thinking about it is essentially running away from it. But I happen to be one of those optimistic people who think, oh well there's always a next time.
I don't understand people who break down at one failure. Sure, there's nothing you can do when you fail an exam, it's over, it's dealt with. You could say Hakuna Matata and never think about it again, or you could retake the exam and ace it.
Life is really up to you.
It's in your hands - our hands - and that's why I think people crap up so often. We can't take this huge responsibility. Change can only come from our choices. You want to drop a dress size? Well, it's only gonna happen if you make it happen. You want to get an A in your Maths exam? It's only gonna happen if you study and revise your ass off.
You see, there's three kinds of people. Or at least I like to think so. Those people who are naturally talented at something. Those people who practice and practice until they are adept at something. And those people who couldn't give two shits about that something. And where's the healthiest place to be? In the middle of course.
